From soda to salmon, corn is in a lot of stuff. It’s become really hard to avoid it. So what if you tried to avoid it for a whole month? That’s the idea behind the King Corn Challenge.

This is my interview with Ian Cheney (left), who along with Curt Ellis (right) swore off all corn products and by-products for the month of November. The interview was on November 29.

Ian and Curt are the guys who along with Aaron Woolf produced the film King Corn, a documentary offering a critical look at the heavily subsidized world of corn.
